Project Facilitate is an FDA service that helps oncology healthcare providers or regulatory professionals request access to unapproved medical products for cancer patients who have no other options. The service assists with the FDA’s Expanded Access Program, which allows patients with life-threatening conditions to try investigational drugs, biologics, or devices.
The client approached Interface Media Group to create an animated explainer that would help explain the objectives and benefits of Project Facilitate to physicians. IMG's team worked on creating original illustrations and animation that would communicate the project's goals in a clear and concise manner, and incorporated provided footage to further enhance the animation's message delivery.
As the creative director on the project, I took the responsibility of leading the storyboarding and design, and supervising a team of illustrators, animators, and compositors working on the project. I ensured that the animation was cohesive and communicated the project's messaging effectively.
Once the animation was completed, the client was pleased with the final product and praised Interface Media Group's team for the quick turn-around time and professionalism. The animation was shared with physicians and medical professionals, allowing them to gain a better understanding of Project Facilitate's objectives and how it could benefit their patients.
Overall, IMG's work on Project Facilitate was a success, resulting in a satisfied client and a well-received animation.
